Crab nebula I did for a little astronomically based exhibition at the showroom cinema.

Had a go at something a little more surreal (i think?) than just bog standard hair.

I need to draw more bog standard hair to crack it, then i can do more of this stuff.

Here’s what i’m doing at the moment. Biro hair. I love hair. It’s definitely one of, if not the first thing I look at on women on people.

Just got my 50th follower! hello doodz! because it’s such a time sucking thing i’ve not been doing much posting, but hopefully i get a hold of my current uni project and get some free time for fun work!

Hello all my new followers!
I’m guessing most you found my through one of the embroidery blogs. really happy about winning that. really surprised me! unfortunately I’ve not real had any time to do embroidery (without thinking that i should be doing uni work) so I’ve got nothing knew, loads of ideas though so i can’t wait for some guilt free time.

Here are some sketches I did today though, just to get out of using InDesign for one second.

Another 1 hour drawing. I like the hole I’ve put her in. I’ll practice that a bit more

Trying to get used to actual drawing instead of either embroidery or scabby pattern doodles on an envelope. I’ve been reminded how subtle changes can destroy a drawing easily.
